You're certainly entitled to your opinion on these forums, but even before Factions, you must have been very lucky to sell a Water Wand for that much. Even if it were a req 8 5>50 10% recharge pre-Factions, all you could really hope for was 150k. There's simply no way you could sell a single-modded wand for 150k, without ripping off the other party. This wand is in no way worth 20k, 5k tops, and that is if you are really really really lucky...
